After thinking of going to Walt Disney World for years, we decided to use Practically Perfect Travel on recommendation from a friend. I was concerned it would be expensive to use such a service. But to my surprise, I discovered the concierge service was complimentary with my booking. Allison made our trip a once in a lifetime experience with her fabulous service. Not to be cliché but she made it extra magical. She was very easy to communicate with via email. It was very convenient considering the vast amount of information that was sent back and forth.
It’s obvious the information is first hand, as everything was as she said it would be. She was even able to give us tips on how to coordinate Disney’s Disability Access Pass with FastPasses. That is not information you could get from a friend. But the best part of this service was the daily plans with the rides and shows. This help was priceless. We even made copies and my husband kept one set with him so when we split up we knew where to meet back up. And I loved all the Mary Poppins references, even down to our own Mary Poppins bag that held our information.
There was truly nothing she could have done better, right down to getting us a refund from Hurricane Irma we weren’t aware we could get. There is no reason for anyone not to book with Practically Perfect Travel and a million reasons to do so. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. She made our trip great!
