Consumer Disclosure for Practically Perfect Travel (PPTC)

This Consumer Disclosure governs the relationship between Practically Perfect Travel (PPTC), referred to as “we/our,” and you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Client” and “passenger” and “you/your”). By engaging in travel planning with PPTC, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this disclosure.

1. Use of PPTC Services, Access, and Information for Travel Bookings

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into agreements and make travel bookings with PPTC. You are responsible for all travel bookings made on behalf of yourself and any accompanying travelers. You warrant that all information provided to PPTC is accurate and true. You agree to make only legitimate reservations or purchases with PPTC and its Suppliers.

All bookings are accepted by PPTC as an agent for travel Suppliers included in your itinerary. Each Supplier’s terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services.

2. Payments and Cancellations

You are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and assessments arising from your travel bookings through PPTC. By submitting a payment authorization to PPTC, you authorize us to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf.

Except in cases of fraud, you agree not to dispute any charges with your bank or credit card company that violate the booking terms and conditions of PPTC or its Suppliers. Failure to adhere to Supplier conditions may result in cancellation of reservations or denial of access to travel services.

3. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, and other required documents for travel. You must comply with TSA and DHS identification requirements for domestic and international travel. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or delays.

PPTC recommends awareness of passport expiration requirements and additional documentation for non-US citizens. Traveling with minors may require specific consent forms and documentation.

4. Individual Entry and Exit Requirements

Different countries have varying entry requirements regarding past criminal offenses. You are advised to contact relevant authorities for entry and exit requirements.

5. Hazardous Materials

Passengers are prohibited from bringing hazardous materials on aircraft. Violation may result in penalties and imprisonment.

6. Insecticide Notice

Refer to the DOT list of airports requiring insecticide treatment before or during flights.

7. Health and Immunizations

You must have proper immunizations and health screenings before travel. PPTC does not assume responsibility for health-related matters.

8. Air Travel

PPTC is not responsible for air schedule changes or departure taxes. Check-in times and flight reconfirmation are your responsibility.

9. Right to Correct Errors

PPTC reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or promotions. Offers are subject to availability and may change without notice.

10. Unused Arrangements and Alterations to Bookings

Unused portions of travel arrangements may not be refunded. Changes to bookings may be possible, subject to Supplier policies.

11. Limitations of Responsibility

PPTC acts as a booking agent for Suppliers and is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from travel services. Liability is limited to commission and fees received by PPTC.

12. Risks/Safety

Travel to certain destinations may involve risks. Clients are advised to review travel advisories and warnings before booking.

13. Force Majeure

PPTC is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control. Travel insurance is recommended.

14. Currency Fluctuations

Prices may change due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. PPTC is not responsible for surcharges or foreign transaction fees.

15. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is recommended to protect against various risks. PPTC offers access to travel insurance but does not guarantee coverage.

16. Reservation of Rights: Changes to These Terms

PPTC reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Updated terms will be provided to Clients and posted on our website.

17. General

These terms and conditions, including any amendments or modifications thereto, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and PPTC regarding travel bookings, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

A printed version of this agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these terms and conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

The laws of the state of Idaho govern these terms and conditions. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Canyon County, Idaho, in all disputes arising out of or relating to travel bookings with PPTC.
